  • Q) How do I make a reservation?

    A) You can either make the reservation online directly through the hotel secure website to receive instant booking confirmations. Otherwise you can send us a fax or email with the details of the booking and your credit card details. In order to make a reservation we need the cardholder name and address, credit card number, expiry date, valid from date and security code.


  • Q) What is your cancellation policy?

    A) We will only charge your credit card for late cancellations or no shows.

  • Q) Are the room rates per person or per room?

    A) Rooms are charged per room and not person.

  • Q) What is included in the rate?

    A) Full English buffet breakfast and all taxes are included.

  • Q) What is the Check in/Check out time?

    A) Check in 2pm/Check out 11am. If rooms are ready before 2 pm you may check in earlier.

  • Q) Can I store my luggage in the hotel if I check in very early or on the day of my departure?

    A) Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage in our luggage storage area.

  • Q) What time do you close in the evenings?

    A) We are open 24 hours so there are no restrictions if you would like to check in late at night.

  • Q) Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

    A) All our rooms are non-smoking.

  • Q) Which is the nearest station to the hotel?

    A) Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road Stations are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

  • Q) Are there any parking facilities?

    A) Off street parking is free from 6:30 pm to 8:30 am Monday to Saturday and is free on Sundays. There are 3 main carparks all within walking distance to the Seven Dials Hotel.
