TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our terms and conditions are as follows:

• Prices are per room per night and include a full English buffet breakfast and all taxes.
  
  
• We require 72 hours cancellation notice otherwise one nights charge will be made.
  
  
• Cancellations must be notified to us in writing by fax or email. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
  
  
• The cancellation notice for group bookings may vary.
  
  
• Check out time is 11 am. You can check in at any time from 2 pm. If you arrive before 2 pm we will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage area. Guests leave luggage at their own risk. The hotel will not take responsibility for any loss.
  
  
• Management reserve the right to refuse admission. If we feel the guests will cause damage to the property we have the right to cancel the reservation. If damage is caused then we have the right to charge for damages.
  
  
• OLYMPICS CANCELLATION POLICY - The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. If cancelled, modified or in case of a no show the total price will not be refunded.
